Support

If you have any problems with FollowMovie:
  • Make sure you are using the most recent version of the software.
  • First read our FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions).
  • If you can't find a solution then read the help file.
  • If you still can't resolve your problem then contact our customer support by e-mail.
Problem Reports

In the mail, you should include:
  • A description of the problem;
  • The file named "appdbg.log", which is under the same folder with FollowMovie.exe.
  • Your registration info: your registered name.
You may include the screen shoot that illustrates the problem. If you do, follow these steps to make one small enough to email:
  • 1) Press ALT+PrintScreen to place a snapshot of the current window on the clipboard.
  • 2) Open the Microsoft Paint program (Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Paint) and press CTRL+V to paste the image.
  • 3) Select the part of the image that you would like to send.
  • 4) Pick Copy To from the Edit menu, change Save as Type to either 16 Color or 256 Color, and enter a filename.
  • 5) If possible, use a zip utility to compress the image file.
  • 6) Attach the image file to your email to us.
