If you have any problems with FollowMovie:
In the mail, you should include:
- Make sure you are using the most recent version of the software.
- First read our FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions).
- If you can't find a solution then read the help file.
- If you still can't resolve your problem then contact our customer support by e-mail.
Problem Reports
In the mail, you should include:
- A description of the problem;
- The file named "appdbg.log", which is under the same folder with FollowMovie.exe.
- Your registration info: your registered name.
- 1) Press ALT+PrintScreen to place a snapshot of the current window on the clipboard.
- 2) Open the Microsoft Paint program (Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> Paint) and press CTRL+V to paste the image.
- 3) Select the part of the image that you would like to send.
- 4) Pick Copy To from the Edit menu, change Save as Type to either 16 Color or 256 Color, and enter a filename.
- 5) If possible, use a zip utility to compress the image file.
- 6) Attach the image file to your email to us.
