- Q: Why FollowMovie do not take video?A: Learning foreign language depend on the ear, watching video will decrease the efficiency.
- Q: How can I play with existed learning materials?A: Copy material files into proper location under "material" of the FollowMovie's root directory. Then, restart FollowMovie.
- Q: If I reinstall the OS, does the register code still valid?A: Yes. The register code only depends on the hardware. FollowMovie is install-free shareware, we recommend you put it on a non system disk volume.
- Q: When I use text type subtitle, the subtitle shown is in a mess. What can I do?A: Open the raw subtitle file with notepad. If the text can be shown correctly, click "Save as..." with coding type of "Unicode" or "UTF-8"; then recreate the material using the modified subtitle file. Otherwise, this subtitle file may be corrupted or with wrong coding type. You may install Windows multilanguage support package. If the error is still there, we cannot handle this situation at present.
- Q: How could I learn when FollowMovie is creating new materials?A: Before creating new learning materials, copy FollowMovie to another place. Then you can run two FollowMovie.exe at the same time, one for creating materials, another for learning. When material creation finished, move newly created files into the material folder of learning copy of FollowMovie.
- Q: Does Follow Movie can run on Win9x/Me?A: No. Follow Movie can run on Windows OS following Win2000, including Win2000, WinXP, Server2003, Vista, Server2008.
